1. Ranking list for Europe
2. Explanation of the rankings
After clicking on ‘World’, you will see the rankings for all continents.
Rankings
Your position is determined first by the number of sums you have completed. If the number of sums completed is the same, then the time taken to complete the sums is taken into account.
Not logged in
Five players are displayed for each continent. If you are not logged in, you will see the top five players. You will also see the rankings for all continents.
Logged in
When you are logged in, you will see your current position. You will see the two positions above and two positions below your position.
Better score
There are 2 ways to improve your position.
- Complete more cities so you can do more sums.
- Improving your own time for a city.
3. Unavailable continents
All continents are displayed, but not all of them are available. Available continents are displayed in green, but they are displayed in gray when they are not available.
4. Available countries
As with continents, the available countries are shown in green. The ranking is determined by the number of sums completed and then by the user who took the least time to do so. As with countries, you can improve your time by improving cities.
5. The cities
6. Explanation of the cities
The cities are also ranked. There are one or two buttons below the ranking.
Start with …
The first city in a country always has a ‘Start with ...’ button. Pressing this button takes you to the city where you can start doing the sums. If you have completed several cities in a country, the button will be located at the city where you left off.
Practise …
When you have completed all cities and the next country becomes available, you will have the opportunity to practice all cities. This does not apply to the bonus levels. All cities have a ‘Practice ...’ button. After pressing this button, you can practice this city. This gives you the opportunity to practice this city as often as you want, and your best time will always be saved.
7. A city
When you go to a city, you will receive an explanation about the types of sums you will be given, how much time you will have in total, and how many extra seconds you will receive for each correct answer. After pressing ‘Start’, you will receive the sums you need to answer.
8. The remaining information (1/2)
9. The remaining information (2/2)
In addition to the explanation of the sums, you will receive further information.
Your top 5 results
Your results are always saved, and before starting a city, you will always receive your 5 best results.
The cities in …
Under ‘The cities in ...’ you will find an overview of all cities in that country. The overview clearly shows which country you are currently working on. You will also receive a sample sum for each city, so you know what type of sums you will ultimately receive.
Some cities have a value listed under ‘Retake’. If you do not pass these cities, you will have the opportunity to retake them immediately. To do so, you will need to use a number of coins, and the retake section will indicate how many coins the retake will cost.
10. Example sum
After starting a city, you will be given a sum. If you answer the sum correctly, you will automatically receive the next sum. Next to the sum, you can see how much time you have left and how much you have used. The left side fills up every time you use 25% of the time. In the image, you can see that two blocks are filled, which tells you that you have used at least 50% of the time.
